In addition to our well-established thermoforming experience, we can now offer a proven integrated service through a group of qualified companies operating in the automotive and motorcycle industry for decades and cooperating with us in order to offer turnkey service to the customer.

We have the ability to develop our design proposals (at the two-dimensional sketch level) for the customer, or we can develop the part from the customer’s 2D or 3D proposals up to full industrialization according to the customer’s needs with regard to the technology and materials required. With our further RapidPrototyping service we can check the parts before starting the equipment.

In addition to reverse engineering we can offer a service of structural analysis and high-end computation applied both to metals and composites. Over the years, we have established partnerships with companies that manufacture plastic molding equipment with various technologies: thermoforming, vacuum molding, blow molding, injection molding, and aluminum die casting.
